Privacy Notice

How we handle your data.

Last updated: 17 April 2026

This notice describes what personal data Strix Intelligence collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We aim to be concise and honest. If anything here is unclear, write to agent@strixintelligence.com and we will explain.

Who we are

Strix Intelligence is the data controller for information submitted through this website. You can reach us at agent@strixintelligence.com.

What we collect

When you request an Exposure Brief, we collect only the information you submit in the form:

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this site. We do not fingerprint visitors.

Why we collect it

The sole purpose is to prepare and deliver the Exposure Brief you requested. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us — see Your rights below.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify (our hosting provider) and forwarded to our analyst inbox. Netlify processes data under its own privacy policy. Once a brief is delivered, we retain your submission only as long as operationally needed and in any case no longer than 12 months, after which we delete it.

What we do not do

Your rights

Under GDPR and equivalent regional laws, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, or ask for a copy to be transferred elsewhere. You can exercise any of these rights by writing to agent@strixintelligence.com. We will respond within thirty days.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS with modern security headers (content security policy, strict transport security, clickjacking protection). Form submissions are transmitted over TLS. Our analyst inboxes use multi-factor authentication.

Changes to this notice

If we update this notice, the revision date above changes. Material changes will be communicated to anyone with an active request.
